Wise Schools pupils tour UHD campus

Groups of pupils of both Wise Private Basic School for Boys and Wise Private Basic School for Girls visited the University of Human Development on two successive days, 29th-30th October 2023.
Around 80 schoolchildren from Wise Private School for Boys toured the UHD campus and became acquainted with its various units and departments. They sat down for a talk by the Dean of the College of Languages, Asst Prof. Dr Suhaib Mustafa Taha at Professor Dr Ali Qaradaghi Hall. Dr Taha welcomed them and explained to them, in a simple language, the university’s education system and what they would offer for them when they finished school.
And from Wise Private School for Girls came around 60 pupils who with much enthusiasm walked around the UHD campus and saw for themselves the learning facilities, lecture halls…etc. They finally headed down to the medical labs located on the ground floor of the College of Health Sciences building. There, they were welcomed by Asst Prof. Dr Saleh Ahmed Hama Ali, dean of the college, who made an effort to explain to them the work of the medical device and tools provided for educational purposes.
The manager of the UHD Students Unit facilitated both visits and was with them throughout their time at UHD.
