She talked about imposter syndrome as a psychological state when people feel unworthy and incompetent in spite of accomplishments and success. People who struggle with this condition consider themselves as fraud and phony as well as undeserving of their success, they doubt their abilities and skills, and confidence is definitely not one of their characteristics since they are always waiting for their fraudulence and incompetence to come to light. Imposter phenomenon comes from a combination of factors such as family environment, social pressure or sense of belonging. Moreover, there are some characteristics of this condition including continuous self-doubt and undervaluing contribution. Imposter syndrome can lead to avoiding changes and challenges. Students must be very aware about this problem and know how to seek help to overcome it.
Dima Jalal, 2nd Semester, explored the importance of value and power in shaping one’s ideas, language, and identity. She also talked about literature and how it can contribute to helping a foreign language more appropriately.

Nutrition is the process of obtaining and consuming necessary nutrients for growth, survival and overall health.
