A student in the Department of Accounting at the University of Human Development, Mr Mabast Fayaq, took part in the Iran Caspian Cup for karate and managed to secure second place so he received a silver medal.

The championship was held in Iran with the participation of athletes from different countries. It was held for diverse sports activities, and karate was one of them.

Mabast is proud of his success so is his university. He holds medals and trophies from previous championships. It is significant to see UHD students in national and international contests and come back with great results.
