Students in the Accounting Department receive training on an important accounting programme

The Accounting Department at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Human Development, opened an intensive two-day course for Semester 7 students on a recent accounting programme designed specifically for accountants.
The course took place in the UHD computer labs on 28th November and 12th December 2024. The goal of the course was to train students on the programme, which is now widely used in over 21 countries; this will aid students with future job applications, as many companies today depend on this programme for their services.
Assistant Lecturer Mr Ranj Hamid Ahmed and department secretary Mr Hawbash Yaseen Muhammed provided an overview of the programme’s content to the participants and offered instructions on how to utilise it and enter data. The participants expressed their gratitude and appreciation for their department’s efforts and noted that they feel confident about their ability to secure employment after graduation.
