The football contest held for the students of the College of Law and Politics at the University of Human Development (UHD) ended with the victory of the Year-2 students’ team at the Law Department on 14th December 2021. Out of four teams, the Year-2 and Year-3 teams made it to the final and played a challenging game on the football field at the UHD campus.

Fans from the Law and other departments stood around the football field cheering and applauding for their friends’ performance. It was an entertaining time for everybody.

The organiser of the contest was the UHD Students Unit. Matches started from the beginning of November and continued to the middle of December. The purpose was to create some leisure time for students after a lengthy period of study – UHD has started its 2021-2022 academic year in September; classes have been taught uninterruptedly at all levels since then. The contest was also an opportunity for the student football players to show their talents. A new round of matches between the winners of the colleges will be scheduled soon.
