Lecturer Yousuf Abeed Hama-Ameen at the Department of Business Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Human Development, conducted a training course for educational supervisors at the Training Department, Kirkuk Governorate Education Directorate.

He taught the course over eight days, on Sundays and Tuesdays, from 10th October to 19th December 2024.

The purpose of the course was to provide training and support to the supervisors in Kirkuk Education so they could carry out their jobs more effectively, especially in making and implementing plans for evaluating the performance of the schools.

The following subjects were covered in the course: 1. Management and its progression in history, 2. Management through leadership rather than authority or force, 3. Creating strategic plans, 4. Management and organisation, and 5. Evaluation and observation of plan implementation.
