The College of Science and Technology at the University of Human Development conducted a workshop in two sessions for teachers from Hawar School in Sulaymaniyah on May 11th-12th, 2025. This event was part of an agreement between the University of Human Development and the General Directorate of Education in Sulaymaniyah.

The workshop focused on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern education. It addressed a wide range of issues related to AI applications and technologies designed to improve the quality, personalisation, and efficiency of education. The main topics covered in the workshop can be summarised in the following points:

-          Developing study plans and teaching study skills within those plans;

-          Analysing student performance and providing content tailored to each student’s level;

-          Creating educational resources or exercises based on individual strengths and weaknesses;

-          Using systems that function as personal tutors, providing immediate feedback, explaining concepts, correcting errors, and conducting interactive tests.
