Asst Prof. Dr Ahmed Omar Bali and three other researchers have published their long-awaited research article on social media users in Iraq and their response to and interaction with information about COVID-19 vaccination. More than 2000 respondents were engaged in a set of questions designed to identify relations between age and education-related factors and negative or positive views toward vaccination, and also to highlight the fact that social media has a role in raising health awareness in developing countries.

The article titled Public engagement with pictures and videos about COVID-19 vaccination on social media: A cross-sectional study in a developing country published in the International Journal of Healthcare Management.
