The English Department at the University of Human Development ran a workshop on 24th January 2023 for its Semester 8 students on the guidelines of graduation project; choosing topics, writing research questions, aims and scope and the importance and limitations of the study.   

Semester 8 or Year 4 students are required to write a paper in one of the areas of study (TESOL, Translation, Linguistics or Literature in the case of the English Department) as part of the graduation requirements.

A variety of examples from previous research papers were shown during the workshop and many interesting questions were raised. The workshop was very fruitful, and an assignment was given at the end of the session. Students are expected to turn in their assignments by next Tuesday, January 31st.
