UHD DCRT supervised a course on the role and influence of university employees. It started on 14 May 2017 and lasted for four days. Four main themes were explained and discussed: Etiquette, Administrative Law, Public Relations and Administration and Management.
University employees such as secretaries, accountants, receptionists, guards and gardeners all have an integral role in the public image and development of the university.
