A month-long training course was opened by DCRT for the University of Human Development lecturers on "Skills Building". Topics included: University web presence, Social and cultural activities, Inspirational teaching, Islamic banking system, Lecturing plan and time management, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, and Contracts. Participants received certificates at the end of the course.
