National Symposium: Kurdistan Region after the independence referendum

"Kurdistan Region after the 2017 independence referendum" was the title of a national symposium at the University of Human Development on 29 October 2017. The speakers were four senior lecturers at UHD, each from a different viewpoint. Mr Kardo Rasheed spoke about the future role of Hashd al-Shaabi (Iraqi Popular Mobilisation Forces) in the relations between Kurdistan Region and Iraq, Mr Tariq Kakarash spoke on the future exploitation of the oil fields, Dr Muhamad Rasheed talked about Duzkhurmatoo events from a legal point of view and Dr Zana Rauf talked about the possibility of forming two regions within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
