University of Human Development (UHD) and the State University of Surabaya in Indonesia (UNESA) have organized a joint online workshop on 24 Feb on implementing various academic, scientific and cultural activities between the two academic establishments. The workshop ended with the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding by the presidents of both universities.
In order to develop the education process and build a bridge with International universities, UHD signs memorandum of understanding with university of Negeri Surabaya (UNESA).
In a meeting between the two universities, which was held virtually, President of University of Human Development, professor Dr. Mariwan Ahmed Rasheed, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indonesian University, Negeri Surabaya (UNESA).
The event began by singing the national anthem of each country. Indonesia Raya the national anthem of Indonesia, and Ayraqeeb the national anthem of Kurdistan. After that continued with the giving of a welcome representative from each agency.
The aim of the agreement between both universities is to collaborate in the academic and scientific process to offer the best services to the higher education sector in both countries. The delegations of both Universities after a condensed discussion signed a reciprocal contract which emphasizes on strengthening the relationship and scientific exchanges between both of the universities.
In the future, the two parties will work together in cooperation such as the implementation of short courses, webinars, conferences and exchanges of students, employees and lecturers.
Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) is one of the elite, private, universities in Indonesian and now, UNESA is one of the UHD’s important international partners.
