Nostalgia Institute conducted an English language course for prospective students at UHD

In anticipation of starting their academic programmes at the University of Human Development, the prospective students participated in an intensive English language course. The course lasted one and a half months, and over 240 students successfully completed it.
On 19th December 2024, the UHD President, Professor Dr Mariwan Ahmed Rasheed, welcomed the teachers of the course to his office. During a cordial meeting, the President thanked them and expressed his deep appreciation for their valuable efforts. He referred to the Memorandum of Understanding between UHD and Nostalgia Institute for cooperation and joint projects, commenting that the English language course greatly benefits students and prepares them well for a university education.
The course provides numerous advantages for new students, such as enhancing academic performance, improving communication skills, developing critical thinking, preparing for advanced university courses, boosting confidence and engagement, and enhancing career prospects.
