The College of Science and Technology at the University of Human Development has opened its 12th Research Paper Exhibition to showcase books and scientific research papers published by its teaching staff over the past year. The exhibition took place at the library hall on November 26, 2024.

The UHD President’s Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr Anwar Muhammed Faraj, and the UHD President’s Assistant for Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr Hiwa Abubakir Ali, opened the exhibition. The dean and the teaching staff of the College of Science and Technology received them and guided them through the show. Many lecturers and students attended the event.

A summary of published research papers, illustrated with pictures and graphics, was printed and displayed on stands so that visitors could quickly grasp their contents. Several books by Professor Dr Ali Qaradaghi and a book by UHD President Professor Dr Mariwan Ahmed Rasheed on ‘The Universe and Faith’ were also displayed.

Another section of the exhibition was allocated for Kurdish ancient handicrafts and some old machines. Items displayed included an ancient plate, a money bag, a lantern, and a shisha. The section was run by students from this college.
