'Qaradaghi Centre' was opened in Malaysia
Certificate Award Ceremony held for graduates of 9th Course, Group 2, of Pedagogy Training

Graduates of the 9th Course, Group 2, of pedagogical training at the University of Human Development attended a certificate award ceremony held on Tuesday, 1 October 2024.
Graduates gathered at the Seminar Hall and listened to a short speech by the director of the Pedagogy and Academic Development Training Centre, Assistant Prof. Dr Ahmed Omar Bali. Dr Bali referred to the fact that the Pedagogy Centre at UHD was the first of its kind to be founded at a private university in Sulaymaniyah Governorate. It is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Regional Government. The centre has a great reputation for being professional and giving advanced and modern training in teaching methods.
Dr Bali handed out a Certificate of Completion to the participants, numbered 24, of the 9th Course, Group 2, and congratulated them on the achievement – the course began on 6 January and ended on 6 July 2024. He expressed his confidence in the students and said that they are expected to carry out teaching tasks at higher educational institutions ethically and professionally and that they are great assets to the development of education in Kurdistan.
Completing pedagogical training is compulsory for Master’s and PhD degree holders in Kurdistan to be able to teach at universities and institutes. The duration of the course is six months. UHD opens the course twice a year. It is usually advertised on the UHD media prior to opening.
