A jury of specialists gathered on 2nd July 2023 to discuss a Master’s Degree thesis on “Legal Guarantees for the Integrity of Administrative Contracts - a comparative analytical study” by candidate Ms Basoz Sharif Sadiq. The discussion was held in Seminar Hall at the College of Law and Politics at the University of Human Development.  

Members of the jury were: Prof. Dr Zana Rauf Hama-Karim from the University of Human Development (head of the jury), Prof. Dr Dana Abdul-Karim Saeed, from Sulaimani University (member), Asst Prof. Dr Mariwan Sabir Hama, advisor at the Kurdistan Ministerial Council (member) and Asst Prof. Dr Mustafa Rasul Hussein, from Sulaimani University (member and supervisor).

The activity was within a joint programme of higher education between the University of Human Development and Sulaimani University for the study of Master’s. Certificates are issued jointly by both universities.

Basoz presented her subject and then answered questions from the jury. Her thesis was accepted with a majority vote.
