The Presidential Council of the University of Human Development express their deep sorrow over the tragic death of Dr Kawan Ismail, the Dean of the College of Law at Salahaddin University, and Dr Idris Hama Khan, lecturer at Soran University, and send sympathies and condolences to their families, friends and students – lots of prayers for their rest in the afterlife.
