Give away a book and build a library

A group of students from the University of Human Development (UHD) had launched a campaign under the slogan ‘Give away a book and build a library’ some time ago for collecting books for Piramagroon Public Library. They were supported by the UHD Students Unit.
Piramagroon is a town near Sulaymaniyah city. Its public library was burnt down in a mass protest against the government about a year ago.
Many people came forward and gave away their books, which were slowly being stacked.
One 5th June 2022, the books were transported by the campaigners to Piramagroon Library.
