Registration Date: February 1-20, 2022. The course will start on the last week of February.

Requirements:

1-      The applicant must hold a Master’s or PhD degree from a Kurdistan Region’s university or a recognised Iraqi university.

2-      If the degree is obtained from outside Iraq, it must have been equalised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Regional Government. If the applicant’s degree is in the process of equalisation, they can still apply with the condition that they bring a support letter from the Ministry.

3-      Proof of English language proficiency is required; (IELTS=5, TOEFL-IBT=59, TOEFL-PBT= 414, PTE=56) or a certificate from a recognised English language centre in Kurdistan Region with (pre-intermediate) level for Master’s and PhD in all study areas, and (intermediate) for PhD in natural, engineering and medical sciences.
