Interpretation: Theory and Practice

On Tuesday, April 20, 2021, the Fourth Year/Semester Eight English language students at the University of Human Development (UHD) presented their Final Practical Interpretation Project which was held at Seminars Hall and supervised by Mr Haval Latif. The students have successfully applied the theories and mastered the skills of consecutive interpreting mode by taking notes while listening and interpreting utterances from English into Kurdish or Arabic. 

The UHD graduate students have the potential to become proficient and professional interpreters. They will positively impact the community by providing interpretation services in different settings such as hospitals, courtrooms, business meetings, and international conferences.
