Climate change and its expected impact on the economic reality and the development of countries


Due to the many impacts that result from climate change at various levels, especially the economic impact and the increase in poverty in the world, as well as other negative effects, and rather health. On Monday, March 8, 2021, the Business department at the College of Administration and Economics held a workshop entitled: Climate change and its expected implications on the economic reality and the development of countries. The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Salah Hassan Ahmed in Hall No. 51 in the College Building - B. The workshop was attended by more than 20 lecturers from the faculties of the university, and the topic was discussed from different views. The importance of presenting this workshop was to define the dimensions of the issue and identify possible remedies. Participants actively participated in answering a set of questions on the topic, among them: Has humanity reached a stage where climate change could be used as a weapon? What are the most important possible means to face the challenges of climate change?
