Abstract:

Small and medium enterprises are of great importance in light of the continuous environmental pressures and challenges that Iraqi society suffers from. For this basis, it was necessary to work to support and develop this sector as one of the methods of promoting the Iraqi economy. From here, the research aims to test the relationship and influence between business strategies and the achievement of entrepreneurship of small and medium enterprises, as the research problem was the extent of the impact of business strategies on the effectiveness of small and medium enterprises funded by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The questionnaire form was used as a tool for data collection, and (35) questionnaires were distributed to the research sample, and the data was analyzed using the (SPSS) program, and a number of statistical methods were used to test the research hypotheses. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a correlation and impact relationship between business strategies and their strategies (excavating, advocating, analyzing, and responding) and achieving entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises in general. The research ended with a set of appropriate recommendations.
