The Spring Annual Festival at UHD creates an opportunity for students to showcase their talents and the skills they acquire from their coursework. It is a social occasion that brings students, their families, and friends together for a day of fun and entertainment while also allowing them to explore the UHD campus.

Spring is keenly felt and enjoyed at UHD. The campus is situated at a high altitude and close to the mountains, where the cool spring breeze flows from behind the mountains, reaching the campus untainted by pollutants.

The event promotes community spirit and important values of cooperation and working for the benefit of all. The effort aims to create an environment where students and lecturers, families and friends, current students, and alumni can gather, spending a joyful day together. It offers current students a break from their year-long studies and examinations while also helping them refresh before their final examinations, which are scheduled to take place next month
