The Head of the Nursing Department at the University of Human Development, Dr Bushra Jabbar Hama-Rasheed, participated in the First International Nursing and Midwifery Conference in Iran. The conference was organised by Hamadan University of Medical Sciences on November 13th-14th.

Dr Bushra Hama-Rasheed arrived at Hamadan University a day before the conference and met with the head and teaching staff of the Nursing Department. They exchanged ideas on teaching curricula and methods to enhance the learning environment and produce more qualified nursing professionals. She then toured the medical labs and lecture halls at Hamadan Nursing Department.

The university has a strong track record in this area, with many professionals visiting UHD for joint academic activities with its staff.
