UHD employees hold memorial service for their colleague Rekawt Muhammad

University of Human Development (UHD) employees gathered today, 23rd August 2022, to pay tribute to their late colleague Rekawt Ali Muhammad who died in a tragic accident two day ago.
Mr Rekawt was the Director of the Accounting Office at UHD.
The UHD President Prof. Dr Mariwan Ahmed Rasheed attended the service and gave a speech in which he expressed his deep sadness and described Mr Rekawt’s death as a big loss for UHD. He said that Rekawt was honest, hard-working, professional and reliable, and said that UHD would have done anything to save him.
Mr Rekawt was badly burnt in a gas explosion a few days ago while he was helping a relative. He was rushed to the hospital but his injury was too much to be treated.
