UHD celebrates 5th annual Spring Carnival

Under folding marquees, the various activities of the 5th Spring Carnival of the University of Human Development (UHD) successfully took place today, 26th May 2022, in the main square on the university’s campus.
Visitors from all walks of life had enjoyed a one-day carnival in which traditional Kurdish food and delight were served, works of art were displayed, jewellery and other ornaments were arrayed, developed computer applications were unveiled, live music was played, and other entertainments were offered.
UHD students play an active role in the Spring Carnival. It is an opportunity for them to show their skills and talents and what they have learned at university, but it is also an occasion to entertain themselves and socialise with their friends. This fact was reiterated in a comment about the festival by the UHD President Prof. Dr Mariwan Ahmed Rasheed.
UHD holds Spring Carnival every year – the last two years were an exception due to Covid-19 restrictions – in which students and people from outside the university participate.
