Professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi:"Progress and development requires program and mutual strategic plans"

On April 8, 2017, University of Human Development held their fourth International scientific conference. The conference was attended by Dr. Yussif Goran, minister of ministry of Higher Education, and professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi, head of UHd's board of trustees. The conference is expected to continue for two days. 115 researches will be presented by 180 researchers from 10 different countries worldwide. in the opening ceremony of the conference, Professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi gave a speech in which he clarified the methods of progress amongst the successful nations and how we can get benefit from their experience. At the first point, the professor discuss the importance of time, he stated that in the meantime our nation wishes to develop in progress, but we ought to know that such a wish requires programs and strategic plans. We must compete for the best i.e The best services, the best works of the best outcome as it's mentioned in the holy Quran :(أحسن عملا) . in another part of his speech, professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi stated that those nations who wanted to rise in a short period of time like : Malaysia and Singapore, were successful due to paying attention to education and the systems of universities. They provided special budget and regards of them as their main objectives. Afterwards, the professor pointed out the role of the governments in this progress and said that the government officials are always supposed to have special programs in order to encourage creativity and provide suitable environment for the creative individuals. Hence, Kurdistan Regional Government is expected to have such plans and work on them. Professor Dr. Ali wished for the researches to become practical projects, and not to remain on papers. Eventually, professor Dr. Ali Qaradaghi urged everyone to reform their mentality in sense of progress and development in such a way that we serve our country and nation.
