The University of Human Development Links the Golden Age of the Mountain's Strife with the Strife of the Town

Today January 30th, 2017 Prof. Dr. Mariwan Ahmed Rasheed, the president of University of Human Development, thanked participants, trainers, and the organizers while awarding certificates at the closing ceremony of an (Administration and Management) course that was organized by the Development Centre for Research and Training (DCRT) for officers and other ranked personnel in the Directorate of the Ministry of Interior.
Prof. Dr. Mariwan praised the significant role played by the forces of interior, police, and the Asaish expressing UHD's willingness to provide support and assistance to help the interminable efforts of these forces to sustain stability in Kurdistan and preserve people's welfare.
Directorate of Interior's executive at the Ministry of Interior, major general Muhsin Othman, paid special of appreciation to the President of UHD, organizers, and the trainers of the course. Furthermore, major general Muhsin Othman highly valued the efforts invested by UHD saying that within two years UHD had organized two academic training courses voluntarily to build the capacity of officers in the Ministry of Interior, police force, and Asaish force. He also accentuated the endeavors put in by the University of Human Development which is given without return and is only for the sake of Kurdistan. Just like the Peshmerga's struggle in the mountains, the same is carried out by those forces in the city and that the president, employees, the faculty members at the University of Human Development are offering their utmost to serve the bigger cause and Kurdistan. Additionally, major general Othman expressed his hope that these sorts of activities would be the path to bring ultimate change in the way the forces dealing with people in order to change the bad image and way those forces deemed by the Kurds in times past as a repercussion of oppression of the Bath regime.
By the end of the ceremony, a sample logo of the University of Human Development was presented to major general Muhsin Othman, and in return awarded certificates of participation to the officers. Certificates of appreciation were also awarded to the trainers who were mostly faculty members in the College of Administration and Management at the University of Human Development.
