Huawei Company and the University of Human Development have entered a collaboration phase for opening courses on cloud computing and networking, and training students, including holding competitions at national and international levels, on the use and development of technology.

Huawei Company’s public relations director Mr Jamal Noori Ahmed visited UHD on 8th October 2023 and held a presentation about what his company can do for students and how both institutions can collaborate on various matters related to computing and information systems. 

The Dean of the College of Science and Technology, Prof. Dr Mudhir Shaaban, welcomed the new step and encouraged students to, in addition to paying attention to their academic studies, participate in the courses, and mentioned that the company would support novel and innovative ideas and that would help students to develop their skills.

This collaboration will create an opportunity for UHD students to build up their skills and be prepared for future challenges.
